Associa Nevada South Regains the Trust of Board Members with New Leadership

This 115-unit condominium community is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Associa Nevada South has been managing this community since 2013.

Problem:

The community’s board had lost trust in their previous management team, as the staff failed to complete projects and respond to important inquiries.

Resolution:

The branch assigned the community new leadership and staff that would be more punctual and transparent. The newly assigned community manager emphasized communication with board members to alleviate frustrations and concerns. He prioritized education, offered trainings, and scheduled one-on-one sessions to discuss specific issues that needed to be addressed. With this consistent and well-planned effort, management regained the trust of the board members, leading to a new management agreement and multiple renewals.
