The management team at Associa Nevada South handles day-to-day operations such as vendor management, financial processing, collections, resident communication, and property inspections. The HOA board retains decision-making authority over governance, budget approval, and the community's long-term direction, with the management team providing guidance and support along the way.
Associa Nevada South assigns a dedicated transition team that works directly with your new community manager, your current management company, and your association's board to ensure a smooth changeover. This includes reviewing financials, governing documents, CC&Rs, and past meeting minutes and policies, transferring vendor contracts and scopes of service, collecting outstanding homeowner fees and balances, conducting vendor walkthroughs, and holding a board orientation or meet and greet.
Associa Nevada South maintains a fidelity bond for added financial protection on behalf of the communities it manages. Its team also holds over 40 local industry certifications and designations, and managers are active members of the Community Associations Institute and the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.
